AHF is currently seeking a Physician, FT to join our Healthcare team in Pensacola, Fla.. Our Healthcare Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30 pm.
In this role, you will be supervised by the on-site Medical Director and will see an average of 7 patients per ½ day clinic. Performs routine physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and according to instructions of HCC Medical Director. Orders, interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Prescribes medication or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, occupational therapy or related therapeutic procedures; refills medication. Records physical findings and formulates plan and prognosis based on patient's condition; discusses case with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan. Utilizes electronic medical records system to document patient care. Experience:
- Primary Care experience required treating HIV/AIDS patients
- Medical Degree with 3 years of HIV clinical experience
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
- Valid State of Florida Internal/Family Medicine Medical Board License, without restrictions
- DEA furnishings license, without restriction
