There is a new hospitalist opportunity now available in southern Wisconsin. No Procedures, no call, and no ICU rounding will be required for this assignment. The schedule has ongoing gaps in coverage, and shifts will be 7:00am to 7:00pm. You will see 15-20 patients per day on average including 2 admits. Subspecialty support is available, including intensivists, and an NP is on staff to assist as well. As the covering physician, you must be board certified in internal medicine or family medicine. You should either have a current WI License, or be willing to work with CompHealth to obtain one.
Locum tenens doctors deliver highly valued services in community health centers, health professional shortage areas, low-income districts, and other urban locations in need. They also visit patients in remote locations and rural farm communities whose access to doctors would otherwise be infrequent at best. To be a part of this revolution in care, contact your personal CompHealth representative today.
