Hospitalist Position - Beautiful community in Western North Carolina, a little over an hour from Charlotte.
BC/BE hospitalist needed to join a busy practice of 8 seasoned hospitalists and 4 advanced practitioners. The service is expanding due to increased volume; schedule is 14 on/14 off. Position is available immediately!
This position will offer a full benefits package including comprehensive employee benefits, malpractice and a relocation allowance. Offering a very competitive salary with the potential for extra compensated shifts. RVU productivity structure is under development and will be available in the near future.
OBGYN Position - Beautiful community in Central North Carolina - 30 minutes from Winston Salem, Call 1:5
Private practice opportunity to join four board-certified Ob/Gyns. Practice has been in existence for over 30 years. The group is looking to add to the practice due to the significant growth. All of the Physicians in the practice are MD’s, there is on full-time Nurse Practitioner.
The practice is balanced between Ob and Gyn. Each Physician averages 20-25 patients per day. The group volume is approximately 50 births per month with 25 - 30 majors per month. Each Physician works 4 days per week with the exception of one week per month when they work 4.5 days. The call is shared equally, 1-5 days and weekends.
The office is approximately 9000 square feet with 12 exam rooms, two dedicated procedure rooms, and two ultrasound rooms. Ultrasound techs are contracted through a service that comes to the office. The office is fully equipped: Cryo, Leep, Colposcopy, NST, 3D ultrasound. Each Physician has a private office. The office is located across the street from the hospital.
The practice has only one hospital affiliation. Level II nursery. 24 hour dedicated Anesthesia. 24 hour on call Peds for sections. High Risk sent to a facility 20 minutes away. The practice has a mixed patient population. Mostly middle class. One-third of their Ob is Medicaid. Rest is a mix of Private, commercial and PPO.
The practice is offering a very competitive salary with a production incentive. Two year contract leading to partnership beginning in the third year. Second-year salary will be 85% of the base partnership salary. Full benefits are provided to include: Heath and Dental (Family included), long and short-term disability, Life insurance, malpractice insurance and 401k Profit sharing plan. The practice offers 20 days annually including CME. (Vacation days are “working days”, therefore, 20 days time off equals 5 weeks based on a 4 day work week). The group also pays for all licensure fees, subscriptions and professional journals.
Requirements: Must be BC/BE, have a current or pending NC Medical License, have a current & unrestricted DEA, Clean Databank and No malpractice history.
