Neuro Hospitalist - Physician - (Neurology - Neuro) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Hour/Day

Medical facility in Tennessee is seeking a Board Certified Neuro-Hospitalist for ongoing coverage to begin ASAP. The schedule will be 12-hr shifts with call, 7/on & 7/off, Monday-Sunday. A neuro hospitalist (locum tenens) is a hospital based neurologist, who is specially trained in vascular neurology and/or neuro critical care.  A neuro hospitalist will see inpatient neurology consults and manage neurology inpatient services, specifically within the care of patients admitted to the hospital with a wide array of nervous system disorders. Neuro hospitalists evaluate and treat a multitude of conditions including: acute stroke, nervous system cancer, seizure disorders, altered mental status, headaches and neuromuscular respiratory failure.
