Hematology Oncologist - (Hematology Oncology - Hem-Onc) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 09/17/2016Available Shifts: Weekends

Hematology Oncologist needed for weekend call coverage, ongoing. Must be able to provide a minimum of 1 weekend per month for the next 3-6 months. Please contact Staff Care for additional details

A hematology oncologist (locum tenens) is a physician that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases and different types of cancer. Physicians in this specialization have combined oncology and hematology fellowships in order to diagnose and treat cancers and benign conditions of the blood. These physicians frequently deal with end-of-life conditions, helping with quality of life and often forming strong, impactful relationships with their patients.
