This hospital is seeking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Geriatrician to join the Geriatric Services in New Haven, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high quality medical care to older patients in affiliated nursing homes, rest homes and retirement communities. The physician coordinates care with other clinicians (ie: specialists, community primary care physicians) and with Yale-New Haven Hospital for admissions.

  • Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician  with added qualifications in Geriatrics preferred
  • Two years of experience in primary care or nursing home care
  • Completion of fellowship in primary care or geriatric care
  • Active Connecticut MD license
