DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Primary Care physician to provide coverage in Oklahoma. This is an outpatient clinic for company employees and their families. The patient population 2 and up, mainly age 22+.Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable w/age 2+.Credentialing is FAST, approx 1 week.

REQUIRED:

OK state license; active, unrestricted & DEA

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

SCHEDULE:

Mon, Wed, Fri 8:00a-4:30p w/ 1-hour lunch

Tues-Thurs 9:00a-6:00p w/ 1-hour lunch
