Details For this Opportunity:
-Schedule: Starting as soon as credentialing completes, Full-time, M-F for 3+ months
-Job Setting/ Type of Cases: Outpatient Clinic
-Certifications: Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
-Licensure: Active AZ license
-Credentialing: 60 days
