Locums Berlin, Vermont, Primary Care Physician Opening

- In desperate immediate need of a locum physician to start as soon as credentialed. **EXTREMELY URGENT** Physician needs to have a clean file, no malpractice, claims, work gaps or hits on their NPDB. This provider needs to be able to qualify for temp privs
- 8am-5pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Client is open to 5 days per week
- Routine Primary Care
- 8 four hour sessions/week
- 16-18 patients/day for four days
- EMR: Epic
- Board Status Requirement: Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Adult Primary Care
- Open to both FM and IM
- 100% Adults only
- Six member team
- There are midlevels, they do not require supervision
- Support staff available: Strong mix of RN's, LPN's and MA's
- BLS Required
- Need three month lead for credentials and enrollment
- Reason for the vacancy: Physician moved out of state
