A family medicine physician is needed with a critical access hospital in South Dakota. The community has growing demand, so the facility is accepting new candidates. The facility is interested in candidates who are board certified or board eligible. This position has a mix of inpatient and outpatient work. The schedule is four-day workweek and you will see 20 clinic patients per day and 3 inpatients per day on average. The call rotation is 1:6--phone call only. This position will require an SD license. If you do not currently hold a license in South Dakota, CompHealth can help you obtain one.

You'll receive a competitive compensation package with RVU, quality, and patient satisfaction bonuses, $20K annual retention bonuses, health benefits, and one week of CME with a $5K reimbursement, one week of holiday, and four weeks of vacation. You'll also be provided, life insurance, a retirement package, and malpractice insurance with tail. For relocation, you will be given $7,500 to use however you choose and $15,000 to move your household goods.
