Come join our growing Primary Care practice located in Central Connecticut, only 45 minutes to Long Island Sound. We Practice a combination of Integrated and Functional Medicine and seeking to add a Family Medicine Physician who enjoys building patient and provider relationships and adding value to the long-term health of the patient.

Practice Details: Private Practice

• Base Salary - $250,000
• 100% Adult and Geriatric Patient Population
• Sign-On and Relocation Assistance
• 2024 Graduates Are Welcome to Apply
• Shared Call of 1 Week Per Month
• Enjoy Family Time - Be Home by 5pm
