CompHealth is assisting a respected, private primary care group in central Connecticut with their search for a family medicine or a combined internal medicine and pediatrics physician. The facility needs a physician to cover the growing community and take over for a retiring physician. The schedule is Monday through Friday with one evening per week, an occasional Saturday morning, and 1:6 phone call. The incoming physician will see 15 patients per day on average. You will work with a compassionate group of advanced practice providers, assistants, and a couple internal medicine and pediatric physicians. You must be board certified or board eligible. You will need a CT medical license, and CompHealth can help you obtain one if necessary.
For this partnership opportunity, you'll be provided relocation assistance, a sign-on, life insurance, one week CME time plus $3K, covered dues, fees and licenses, a 403B retirement package, fully funded pension, and malpractice insurance. You'll also receive a generous compensation package with a salary that starts in the low $200K range, RVU and quality bonuses, health benefits, and four weeks of vacation.
