A new family medicine residency program director opportunity is now available in Arkansas at a growing primary care group. Your responsibilities will include a combination of administration, teaching, and clinical care. You will work Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with no call. The facility can also accommodate a flexible schedule or a three-day workweek. You will support the director of medical education. Applicants should be board certified and experienced in family medicine. You will need an AR license, and CompHealth's licensing team can help you with the processing and application if necessary.
This employed position offers a competitive compensation package, a sign-on, and quarterly RVU bonuses. You will also receive malpractice insurance, fully paid health benefits, four weeks of PTO, one week CME with a $5K stipend, life insurance, and a 401K or 403B retirement package.
