You will be working with Texas A&M Health Center as a Clinical Assistant Professor. This is a non-tenure track.
Duties include (For Teaching)
*Precept family medicine residents in inpatient and outpatient activities including obstetrical care.
*Participate in didactic presentations (approximately 5 per year)
*Serve as advisor for at least 3 residents
*Specific obligations in the emerging curriculum for M1 and M2 students in case studies
Duties include (For professional services)
*Participate in the faculty call with current call being 7 weeks of night float.
*7-8 weekends of either OB or hospital call
*Develop private panel of patients with appropriate clinic time for seeing patients independent of residents.
*Complete minimum ACGME required scholary activities and demonstrate satisfactory professionalism.
