Description:

Start Date: May 6, 2024

• 20 hours/week
• 8-10 patients/day (4-5 every half day)
• Schedules would be between Monday and Friday
• Patients are retired Fire and Police
• Patient visits are between 30-60 minutes each.
• There is on-site PT and mental health counseling.
• Patients generally are multi-symptom patients.
• Specialized review and management of complicatedendocrine diagnoses including diabetes, thyroid diseases, metabolic disordersand osteoporosis, as well as many other hormone-related issues.
• There are 4 clinics, 1 in each "corner" ofthe city. The locum could be expected to cover multiple clinics but generally not more than 1 on any given day.

Required:

TX State License, active and unrestricted

Board Certified/Board Eligible

Compensation:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
