Emergency Medicine - Academic and Staff positions available
University Department of Emergency Medicine is engaged in major academic program development with openings for two new Pediatric Emergency Medicine trained physicians. Additional training in subspecialties such as education, research or ultrasound fellowships is a plus. Expansion of the education / training programs, including the development of an Emergency Medicine training program, is in process. This is an opportunity to take on leadership positions and develop expanded clinical care, teaching and research programs.
The University houses a Level I Trauma and Burn Center and an Interventional Stroke Program for the region. It also includes a Women and Children's Hospital which has over 47,000 annual visits alone.
The position includes a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits and a generous paid time of package (38 days).
