Our client seeks a physician to help lead a thriving and comprehensive Occupational Medicine Program located in the largest suburb in the Detroit metropolitan area. The new Assistant Director will serve in a one to three year track to become medical director of the department. New grads or experienced physicians are welcomed. The key candidate qualifications include a strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset to help with program growth and development, and a true desire to provide long-term leadership. The incoming physician will have the benefit of being mentored by the current founder and medical director to help with an effective transition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BC/BE in family medicine, internal medicine or emergency medicine

  • Responsibilities: 75% clinical and 25% administrative
