Our regional referral center, serving western Kentucky and surrounding regions, offers an extensive range of specialties and technologies typically found in larger hospitals. We are seeking a qualified Interventional Cardiologist to join our team and provide 24/7 call coverage.

Practice Setting:

• Opportunity to practice in a well-equipped regional referral center
• Join a collegial work environment with 2 other cardiologists

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Active Kentucky medical license or IMLC 
• Current Kentucky DEA certification 
  • Temporary privileges available 

Schedule:

• 5-7 locum tenens shifts per month (24-hour call, 7 am - 7 am)
• No ambulatory work is required

Cases & Procedures: 

• Respond to emergent cardiology calls and perform procedures, including balloon angioplasties, coronary angioplasty (PCI), heart catheterization, and coronary angiograms
• Provide general cardiology consultations as needed
