Locums - Weekend Call Coverage - Chicago, Illinois, Area Gastroenterology Job

Clinical Role:

- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible gastroenterologist
- 24 hour weekend call coverage
- You can take call from their hotel
- Inpatient Call Coverage and Rounding
- Procedures: Colonoscopy/ EGD
- ERCP/EUS not required
- There will be one group and several independent GI physicians who will be sharing call
- Call coverage consists of taking GI consults for the assigned day of call and following them through their inpatient stay
- The other GI physicians recognize that there will be a need for patient handoff
- Required: ACLS, BLS
- EMR: EPIC
