• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Days, No call, Flexible
• Need coverage for 3 - 4 months
• 18 - 20 patients per day, ages 16 & up
• Standard outpatient family practice setting
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
