Compensation: - $180,000 - $215,000 based on experience- Sign-on Bonus and Relocation package negotiable - Quarterly bonus structure for all providers

DETAILS:- Position will be out of our new location, completely renovated to be state-of-the-art- Start date will be December 2024/January 2025- Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and/or referral for hospitalization when necessary- Stresses the importance of preventive health care measures- Confers with consulting physicians, nurses, patients, and their families concerning appropriate treatment and care- Enjoy the natural beauty the area boasts, with lakes, mountains, and amazing year-round weather!QUALIFICATIONS:- SC License REQUIRED
