Private practice opportunity available to join three board-certified Ob/Gyn's and a Board-Certified Nurse Midwife.

The practice, established 23 years ago, has shown significant growth. Plans are to expand the practice to five physicians in the coming years. The practice operates with a 4.5-day workweek, with office hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday until 12 pm.

The practice is 60% OB and 40% GYN, with each physician averaging 10-12 deliveries and 2-3 major surgeries per month. Call responsibilities are 1/4 days and weekends, with some backup for the midwife.

The practice has two fully equipped offices, with deliveries performed at one hospital with a level III nursery.

The ideal candidate will be well-trained and interested in a long-term, mutually beneficial arrangement. The first-year salary starts at $250,000, with a built-in production incentive. Second-year salary based on individual production. A full benefits package is offered as well.
