Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am- 5 pm

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient setting
• Mon- Fri 8 am- 5 pm
• Volume: 18 patients per day
• All ages are seen

Types of Cases:

• Typical Family Medicine cases
• Required: Well- woman care & IUD insertion and removal

Requirements:

• Will allow IMLC
• Does not have to have license in WA
