**URGENT**

DESCRIPTION:

Mon-Fri, 7am-5:30pm, 24-hour call on weekends.

Office/Clinic patients: 20 per day & Hospital patients: 12 per day

Required procedures: Esophageal Dilation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstacke/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, PH impedance, Breath test Interpretation, Esophageal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and End of lip.

EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

IL state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified

ACLS, DEA, CSR

Proof of covid vaccine

COMPENSATION:
