Job Description

Non-profit Health System is seeking to hire Day Shift," Mid-Day Shift (2p-12a) Hospitalists. Need due to the growth of the Hospital. This is a full-service hospital with two campuses that offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services.Supported by a group of respected and highly-skilled local physicians, the Hospital features cardiology and electrophysiology, vascular surgery, orthopedics, and pulmonary medicine.


Opportunity Details

  • Base plus RVU bonus - no cap some are making $390k+
  • Only three hospitalists have left or transitioned in the last eight years. Strong retention!
  • 182 shifts, 7 on 7 off 12-hour shifts
  • Open ICU, but not necessary to due procedures but will manage vents when needed
  • APPs help with day-shift admitting and rounding physician team
  • Paid Malpractice, CME Allowance, Retirement, Full Benefits, Sign On Bonus, Relocation Allowance
  • Qualifies for PSLF
