Call is required: Friday night 7p-6a on Monday (split up into 12 or 24 hour shift)

ASAP thru 1/1/2025

Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model

Case types: Must be able to do all cases-cardiac, Cath lab, vascular, OB, thoracic, general, bariatric, urology, gynecology, robotics, etc.

REQUIRED:

MN State license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified and DEA required

Certifications/Qualifications Required: CRNA, APRN, ACLS, PALS

Vaccination Requirements: Flu and COVID-19

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate

Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

Starting: 7/1/2024-ongoing

Credentialling Timeframe: 60 days
